As I already mentioned in my introduction I can take care of the entire purchase process, from start to finish, for you or your company.
Below is a list of the work activities I can perform for you.

- Processing your request. At this step we will agree on my services according to your wishes and I will give you a step-by-step plan regarding the work
- Should the product you are looking for no longer exist, I can help you come up with an alternative that is appropriate for your installation
- If there are no workshop drawings yet, I can arrange for them to be made
- Offer workshop drawings for review and consultation. Upon approval, these workshop drawings will be used during the rest of the work. After the entire process, the drawings will be in your ownership
- Selecting the right production company and making contact with it
- Provide the right offer that matches your requirements
- Consultation on the price and delivery time which can be offered
- Upon approval, the purchasing procedure will start, in which my work will consist of placing the order and monitoring the delivery time
- Making sure that purchase parts and manufacturing parts are at the right location, on time for assembly
- Arrangement of required transport packaging
- Arranging all necessary shipping documents, for flawless transportation
- Provide transportation to the location that was agreed to by you, by a carrier whom I will select for you
- Of course I will remain in continuous communication with you throughout the entire process and keep you updated
- If desired, I can be onsite when the product is delivered to the agreed upon location. This is not part of the standard work and will only be included in the process upon request
- If this applies, I will provide you with the export documents, or the certificate of origin when the product has been delivered to the agreed upon final address. The documents differ per product and will be included in the offer and agreed upon in advance
- When the product has been delivered to the final address and you have signed for its arrival, I will transfer the responsibility to you and my work will be finished. After this I will complete the process administratively
- If unexpectedly, within the agreed period, a warranty claim must be made, please contact me and I will support you in this
